Klarna Checkout
At Imao-Parfums, you can always feel secure, simple, and smooth when making payments! We offer Klarna checkout, providing various payment options, including Invoice, Account, Partial Payment, Card, and Internet Banking via Klarna Checkout.
Klarna – Buy Now, Pay Later: Payment with Klarna invoice with a 30-day payment period from the invoice date. No invoice fee is added. The invoice is sent via email when the order is dispatched from our warehouse. A reminder fee is added for missed payments. If the purchase is 60 SEK or more, a reminder fee of 60.00 SEK is added. When you choose an invoice, Klarna takes over the right to receive payment, and your payment for the invoice goes to Klarna.
Klarna Account: With Klarna Account, you consolidate all your purchases into a single invoice. The first account invoice is sent to you by post the month after your purchase. Subsequent account invoices are always sent in the middle of the month with a due date at the end between the 28th and the 30th. Klarna Account allows you to pay in installments over 3, 6, 12, 24, or 36 months. Klarna Account also includes our campaigns (e.g., “Buy Now – Pay in February”). By choosing a campaign, you can postpone your payment and then pay the full amount when you receive the invoice for the chosen month.
Klarna – Pay in Installments: With Klarna partial payment, you decide how much you pay each month. If you have shopped at several different stores with Klarna Partial Payment/Klarna Account, your purchases are consolidated into a single invoice. You will receive an account agreement, and then your first invoice will be sent to you. You pay it at the end of the following month, e.g., shop in January, pay at the end of February. After that, your upcoming invoices will have payment terms at the end of each month. You can control how much you want to pay on your invoice. On your account invoice, under the “Pay Minimum” line, you will find the minimum amount you can pay. If you want to pay the full amount at once, that’s perfectly fine. Klarna – Direct Payment: Direct Payment is an option where you, as a customer, are directed to your bank’s login page. Verification is required in the usual way. Payment recipient and amount details are already filled in, and you only choose which account to use for the payment, then approve it. Direct Payment works for customers with online banking at Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB, or Swedbank. You can also choose to pay by card via Klarna, with options like VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Swish.
Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation is entering an incorrect email address during the order, or the confirmation is automatically sorted into junk mail.
Shipping and Delivery
We will send your package to your mailbox with the Economy Package for 6.9 € (Free shipping on purchases over 20 €) using Postnord (3-7 days).
For Swedish customers the shipping cost is 9 SEK (Free shipping on purchases over 100 SEK) with Postnord (1-3 days).
If you have chosen Postnord home delivery, the delivery will be made to your mailbox if it fits; otherwise, it can be picked up at the nearest collection point via our postal agent, POSTNORD, or DHL.

As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Every completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation and delivery notification is entering an incorrect email address during the order. Please check your spam folder to be sure.
NOTE! Remember to pick up your package on time. If the package is returned to us as undelivered, we reserve the right to invoice you a fee of 25 € to cover fees and administrative costs.
Right of withdrawal
If you wish to cancel your purchase or return any product from your order, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the respective products, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. Preferably, send a return request to info@imao-parfums.se following the instructions below.
To approve your return, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging with accompanying packaging, and include the receipt. Opened or used products cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons. This ensures that all our customers receive an untouched and fresh product.
You, as the customer, are responsible for the risk of return shipping, including the risk of damage or loss during the return journey to us. Please package the items securely.
After notifying us of your desire to return, preferably by registering a return at info@imao-parfums.se, you have 14 days, as per the Distance Contracts Act, to return the specific product. Once we receive your return and assess that the product is substantially unchanged, we will refund you within 14 days. You will be notified via email that the matter is concluded. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return and Complaints Instructions
If you wish to cancel your purchase, initiate a return. If you have received a damaged product or are missing an item in your order, initiate a complaint. Please note that we do not have a “satisfaction guarantee.” This means that we do not accept returns/complaints for products you have used but do not meet your expectations. In case of allergies or sensitivities, we always recommend testing a new product on a small area (such as the wrist) and waiting for 24 hours to check for any reactions.
To register a return or complaint request, email info@imao-parfums.se. In the subject line, specify whether it concerns a RETURN or COMPLAINT, followed by your order number (e.g., RETURN / 12345). You can find the order number in your order confirmation. Describe your issue, attach the receipt/order confirmation, and, for complaints, expedite the process by including a picture of the damage/complaint reason (applicable to complaints only).
After registering the return or complaint request, you will be contacted via email for further instructions on your case. In cases where the product needs to be returned to us, await a free return shipping label. We do not refund any personal shipping costs.
As a customer, you are responsible for the product until it is received by our returns department, including the risk of damage or loss during the return shipping to us. Please package the items securely.
