Additionally, you can become a member of our loyalty program (“My Account”).

imao-parfums offers general member offers and personalized member offers on selected products, as well as the opportunity to access discounts for those who have registered and become members of imao-parfums.

This Privacy and Personal Data Policy (“Policy”) explains how imao-parfums handles the personal data of our customers when they make purchases on imao-parfums.se / imao-parfums.no / imao-parfums.dk / imao-parfums.fi and the personal data of our members when they use our loyalty program, including their rights regarding their personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Streamlining Payment: When filling in your payment details during a purchase, you have the option to save this information. This means you won’t have to enter your payment details every time you make a purchase, making your buying experience with imao-parfums easier and smoother. If you choose to save your payment details, they are stored in a secure database. You can also change or delete this information at any time, and it will be removed from our systems.

Personally Tailored Services: If our products and services include personalized features that automatically tailor your experience based on our data about your activities, purchase history, interests, and, where we have obtained your consent or have legal or contractual support, your location. Data is analyzed and grouped with the support of our analysis function for selection, prioritization, and planning of customer/user contacts so that you receive personally tailored services and offers that you may be interested in. Markers indicating the type of customization of web services and marketing communication targeted at the user, known as personalization, are linked to the data.

Personal Offers: We collect and process information about your purchase history and behavior with the specific purpose of designing and offering personalized discounts and offers based on what we believe you are interested in. On My Pages, you can choose to deactivate these offers in dispatches to you. On our websites, you will still receive offers based on your buying behavior.

Marketing and Advertising: We use data you provide to our companies when registering a member account, data we collect when you make purchases, and use our services and websites to provide you with relevant marketing and display ads that you may be interested in when you visit our websites and subscribe to our newsletters. 6. Your rights

imao-parfums® adheres to the current data protection laws in the European Union, encompassing the following rights when applicable:

  1. You have the right to request a free register extract (as defined by legislation) and access to a copy of your personal data, as well as the right to request rectification and, under certain circumstances, erasure of your personal data.
  2. You have the right to request restriction and object to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests.

  4. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent for future processing of your personal data at any time.
  5. You have the right to request the transfer of your personal data to another organization responsible for processing your personal data (data controller) where our right to process your personal data is based on your consent or the fulfillment of a contract with you.

You will have reasonable access to your personal data at no extra cost if you request this via support@imao-parfums.se. If we cannot provide access within a reasonable timeframe, imao-parfums will provide you with a date when the information can be made available. If such access is denied, we at imao-parfums will explain to you why it is denied.

Aggregated Data:

Aggregated data is collected and processed to track and evaluate user trends related to the Services. This means that information about your use of the Services is collected and anonymized in a way that no longer allows us to link the information to you. We use this anonymous information about how our members use the Services for statistics, service improvement, and product development of the Services. This data will be completely anonymous and does not constitute personal data. Such information may, therefore, be stored longer than your personal data.

Anonymization involves removing data that was once personal information from what can link it to an individual, and separating it from what might in the future make it possible to reconnect this data to an individual. This data processing is one step beyond the pseudonymization process, which involves keeping certain information separate to make it more difficult to identify a person to whom the data is linked. Otaifa INVEST AB will anonymize your personal data after 24 months of inactivity.

Third Party:

This Policy does not apply to personal data that you provide to another user via the Services or when you otherwise use third-party services such as messaging and payment services.

Children:

imao-parfums does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, please do not send personal information through the Services.
